Reservations And Deposits  

A non-refundable deposit of 50% per person is required (unless otherwise noted) to hold your reservation. Final payment is due eight weeks prior to arrival date. Payments may be made by Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Cancellation charges and Refund Policy

Cancellation of reservations by the participant must be in writing to the Broderick SportsGroup 10130 Pawnee Lane, Leawood, KS 66206. You may also send your notice via fax or e-mail. Deposits will be considered as “earned” and non-refundable. Cancellations after the balance of payments are subject to rules of the service provider and may be non-refundable or the refund issued as a “credit.”

Responsibility 

Broderick SportsGroup assumes no responsibility for, and the participant hereby releases Broderick SportsGroup from, any claim, cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage that the participant may incur relating to the failure by any third party (such as an airline, hotel, transportation service or golf course) to perform its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; the negligence or willful misconduct of any third party in connection with the performance of its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; or any act of God, civil disturbance, conflict, strike, theft, governmental action or any other event or action not within the control of Broderick SportsGroup. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the passengers, or changes as a result of unexpected conflicts not indicated in our itinerary.

Changes 

An administrative fee of $50 per change, per person will be charged for any changes to the itinerary requested by client or travel agent after the deposit payment has been received and reservation confirmed.

Conditions 

In event of trip cancellation by Broderick SportsGroup, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. There will be no refunds for any absence from the tour once it commences, that is for such things as missed meals, golf, sightseeing or any other activities in the tour. Broderick SportsGroup is not responsible for personal injury, accident, or illness; or for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings. 

Car Rental

Drivers must be 25 years of age or older. The maximum age is 70 years although extensions to 75 can sometimes be obtained.

Travel Insurance  

Broderick SportsGroup recommends that comprehensive travel insurance is put in place on payment of trip deposit

Once you send a tour deposit to Broderick SportsGroup, you agree to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions
